Do I need a DEA-controlled prescription?
Not necessarily. Enclomiphene and hCG are not controlled substances and are available now. Testosterone is a Schedule III medication and is handled separately.
Can this be done online?

Will treatment affect fertility?
Testosterone can suppress sperm production. Enclomiphene generally does not, which is why it is often the better first option for men who want children.
