What happens online
Four programs run entirely by video, plus your follow-ups:
- Medical weight loss — evaluation, labs and a GLP-1 plan if you are a candidate
- Hormone therapy for women — symptom review, labs and a treatment plan
- Men’s hormone care — evaluation, full labs and treatment
- Peptide therapy — evaluation, baseline labs and a conservative plan where the evidence supports it
- Follow-ups for established patients — dose review and refills, fifteen minutes
What still happens in the clinic
IV therapy, vitamin injections, cosmetic injectables and red light therapy are hands-on treatments. They happen at Lake Ozark, with Mariann. Nothing about those can be done down a video link, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Where you have to be
Dr. Saleh is licensed in Missouri, which means you need to be physically in Missouri at the time of your visit. Not registered here, not usually here — actually in the state when the call happens. That is a licensing rule, not a preference, and it applies to every telehealth visit.
Beyond that, anywhere in the state works. Cape Girardeau, Kansas City, a lake house, your car in a quiet parking lot.
What you need
- A phone, tablet or computer with a camera
- About thirty minutes somewhere private
- Your intake form completed beforehand — it takes ten minutes and means the visit is spent on you, not paperwork
- A pharmacy you would like prescriptions sent to, if it comes to that
How a first visit runs
You complete your intake before the appointment. Dr. Saleh reads it before you meet, so the call starts with your situation rather than your name and date of birth.
If labs are needed, they are ordered and drawn near you. Once they are back, you get a plan — what it is, why it is that, and what it costs. Nothing is dispensed or prescribed before it has been discussed.

Do I need to have been seen in person first?
No. Hormone, weight-loss, men’s hormone and peptide care can start and continue entirely by video.
Are labs included?
Labs are ordered as part of your evaluation and drawn near you. What they cost depends on the panel and how you are paying for them — we will tell you before anything is ordered.
Can you prescribe testosterone by video?
Men’s hormone care — evaluation, full labs and non-controlled therapy — is available now. Ask at your consult about what can be prescribed and where.
What if I move out of Missouri?
Tell us. Your care would need to pause or transfer, because the license is state by state.
Is the video call private?
Yes. Visits happen over an encrypted connection and go into your chart the same way an in-person visit would.
