Two treatments take a deposit when you book, because they hold a chair and a nurse for a set block of time: IV therapy at $25, and cosmetic injectables at $50. The deposit comes off the cost of your visit.

Everything else books without one.

Paying

TrueBalance is a cash-pay clinic. No insurance billing, no claims, no surprise statement six weeks later — you pay for what you agreed to, at the time.

Labs are billed separately by the laboratory that runs them. We will tell you what is being ordered before anything is drawn.

Nobody sells you anything at the front desk on your way out. If a treatment is not worth your money, we will say so instead.
