Fourteen years in healthcare watching people get treated for symptoms nobody traced back to a cause. Mariann built TrueBalance to do the opposite.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Alverno College in Milwaukee, and she practises the way she wishes medicine had been practised around her — hormone optimisation, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, IV vitamin therapy and aesthetic injectables, all of it starting from the same question: what is actually driving this?

She would rather you understood your treatment plan than simply agreed to it. That is the whole reason the clinic exists.

Dr. Saleh sets the medical protocols behind our hormone and weight-loss programs, and sees those patients himself. Licensed in Missouri, he can see you by video — so your care happens wherever you are, with no drive and no waiting room.
