Why this clinic exists
Mariann Noyes spent fourteen years in healthcare before opening TrueBalance. Long enough to notice the same pattern over and over: fatigue, weight that would not move, sleep that stopped working, a libido that quietly disappeared — each one treated as its own separate problem, and none of them traced back to what was actually driving it.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Alverno College in Milwaukee, and she built TrueBalance to practice the way she wishes medicine had been practiced around her. Hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, IV vitamin therapy and aesthetic injectables — all of it starting from the same question: what is actually driving this?
She would rather you understood your treatment plan than simply agreed to it. That is the whole reason the clinic exists.
Who you will see
Mariann Noyes, RN is the founder and owner, and she runs everything that happens in the clinic itself — IV therapy, vitamin injections, aesthetic injectables and red light therapy, all under physician-set protocol.
Dr. Adeeb Saleh, DO is the medical director for hormones and weight loss. He is a board-certified emergency physician with over a decade in emergency and urgent care, and holds dual A4M certifications in Hormone Replacement Therapy and Weight Loss Medicine. He sets the medical protocols behind those programs and sees those patients himself, by video.
That split is deliberate rather than administrative. The prescribing work is physician-led; the in-clinic work is nurse-delivered. You are told which one you are getting before you book.
How we work
You start with a consult. We tell you honestly whether a treatment is right for you — and what it costs — before anything begins.
There are no packages you did not ask for, and nobody sells you anything at the front desk. If you do not need to come back, we will say so.
Where we are
The clinic is at 100 Crossings E, Suite 1, Lake Ozark, Missouri. In-clinic treatments happen there.
