Reading this site does not make you our patient. A physician–patient or nurse–patient relationship begins when you are actually evaluated by a clinician here, not when you browse a page or send a form.
Never delay getting medical advice because of something you read here. If you think you are having an emergency, call 911.
Booking and intake
Requesting an appointment through this site is a request, not a confirmed booking, until the clinic confirms it. Submitting an intake form does not create a prescription or a treatment plan.
Give us accurate information. Medical decisions get made from what you tell us, and an incomplete history can make a treatment unsafe.
Treatment, results and eligibility
No treatment described here is guaranteed to work for you, and individual results vary. Whether any of it is appropriate depends on your evaluation, your history and — where relevant — your labs.
Telehealth visits require you to be physically located in Missouri at the time of the visit, because our physician is licensed in Missouri.
Photographs on this site are models, not actual patients, unless a caption says otherwise.
Deposits and appointments
IV therapy and cosmetic injectables take a deposit at booking, which is applied to the cost of your visit. Deposits hold clinical time that cannot be given to anyone else.
The cancellation and rescheduling terms that apply to your appointment are given to you when you book.
Using the site
Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape or interfere with this site or the systems behind it, and do not submit anyone else’s personal information without their permission.
